Growing Seed Pressed Peat Jiffy Tray - 12 Holes (22,5x7cm)

Biodegradable Jiffy trays and pots are made with pressed peat, wood fibers and lime to keep the pH adjusted. Thanks to this composition, optimal maintenance of sufficient humidity is guaranteed and thanks to its high porous porosity it allows easy root penetration, good water retention and excellent aeration of the substrate and the root system itself.

They are pots with the perfect size for seed germination and rooting of cuttings.

How to use Jiffy biodegradable pots?

1. We fill the pots in the Jiffy tray with light substrate.
2. We place the seed or cutting.
3. When it is the optimal size for transplanting, we bury the pot with the plant in the new container.
4. We must completely bury the pot, without having to extract the root bulb, thanks to the fact that being biodegradable it will end up decomposing with the rest of the substrate without creating any type of waste.
