In this section you will find many answers on possible questions about placing your order at our online store and its operation. If, after looking through these answers to the most common questions, you still have any doubts, please do contact us directly.

Products and availability

When a product on the ServoVendi website is marked as "In stock", is it really available right away?

Yes! We update the availability information in real time. Most articles are shipped right away from our own warehouse in San Pedro de Alcántara, Málaga. If a product is out of stock, it is clearly marked so. Nonetheless, those articles are replenished regularly. Please check the page again later or contact us directly to know when an article will be available again.

Some items are not in stock, but it is possible to add them to my order, how is this possible?

In case we have some items out of stock, it's possible to add these products to your order (backorder) to reserve them. After confirmation of your order you will receive an email with possible solutions (several parcels delivery, delayed delivery, alternative products...).

Will I receive the same product as shown on the photo?

The photos we publish represent the articles on offer. They are taken of one of the products to represent all or they are the original product photos we receive directly from the manufacturer. Even though there could be slight differences to a particular article, they were taken to faithfully reflect the qualities and visual characteristics of the product.

Why are some articles in different warehouses / locations?

We stock the majority of all articles in our own warehouse in San Pedro de Alcántara, Málaga. Additionally we offer products that we ship directly from the warehouses of trusted suppliers from where they are sent directly to our customers. It is therefore possible that you receive some orders in multiple shipments from different locations and with their corresponding shipping costs. These are, however, clearly indicated in the articles and in your order summary before you finish the checkout.

Registration and private data protection

Is it safe to buy online?

Buying from ServoVendi SL is completely safe: all operations that require the transmission of personal and/or financial data are done in a controlled environment. All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted via the web. Additionally, all financial data from your credit card or PayPal account is transmitted directly to the corresponding financial institution via their secure payment systems. At ServoVendi we do not register or store your financial data in any way. Please see our Payment page for more details.

Shipments are done by reliable international transport companies and deliveries only are realized under signature of the addressee. Please see our Deliveries page for more details.

Which password should I use to register with ServoVendi.com?

You can create one you like. The password to open a personal account ServoVendi must consist of a series of letters, numbers or a combination of both that can be invented.

Do I have to register and get an online account to make a purchase on ServoVendi.com?

You can always make your purchase as a guest without registration. However, the registration is safe and easy (one click) and allows you to shop again in the future without the need to put in again your shipping and invoicing data. It is also the fastest and easiest way to check and manage your orders and personal data:

  • Fast and easy shopping.
  • Follow the status of your order online.
  • Check your order history at any time.
  • Manage your personal data, delivery and invoicing addresses.

Placing an order

How can I place an order with ServoVendi?

To place an order in ServoVendi.com you can simply place the product you would like to buy in your shopping cart. You can add a product to your shopping cart directly from the product page by using the "Add to cart"button. You can easily find the products you look for by browsing through the product categories or by using the Search box on the top center of the page.

You can repeat the same process adding more products to your shopping cart until you are happy with your order. If you change your mind you can also take items out of your shopping cart again.

Once you are happy with the products in the shopping cart and want to place the order, go back to "Go to your shopping cart" verify your order and press the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

You can then simply follow the checkout process as indicated, provide your invoicing and shipping address, select your preferred payment method and select the shipping options. If you wish, you can also register your data so that they are easily available for future orders, but you don't have to.

Payments, prices and promotions

Is VAT already included in the prices published?

Yes, all prices indicated in ServoVendi.com already include VAT. If you buy from countries outside the European Union, from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or other places with a different VAT treatment, or if you are a company from a EU country with a valid EU VAT registration number it is possible to deduct the VAT from your order. In most cases our advanced shop software will do so automatically as you process your order. If not, please write us at: info@servovendi.com.

How can I pay for my order?

ServoVendi offers different payment methods. Please see our Payment page.

I have tried to pay via credit card, but my payment has been rejected. What can I do?

For the best security in your transactions with ServoVendi we adhere strictly to the system of Secure Electronic Commerce offered by the Spanish banks and Visa (Verified by Visa) and Mastercard (Securecode). Your credit card payments are processed directly on the servers of one of Spain's largest banking groups BBVA. In all operations the system performs a real-time validation of your credit card with the card's issuing bank. To confirm the transaction it might be asking for a password / PIN / signature / secure e-commerce code (each bank calls it differently). This code along with the card number, expiration date and the 3 digits on the back of the card ensure safe operation.

In case your credit card payment has failed you should ask your bank for a secure e-commerce code or chose to pay via bank transfer or via PayPal. PayPal also offers credit card payments without needing to register with them.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Sorry - we do not offer cash on delivery as a payment option.

I have paid via bank transfer to your account. How long will it take until I receive my order?

We check our account every day before preparing all shipments. In Spain a bank or wire transfer typically takes 1 day to go from one account to another. A direct cash deposit to our account within an office of the Banco Santander is credited to our account immediately. The day we receive your payment in our account we prepare and ship your order according to the method of delivery you selected and it will be delivered in the corresponding time frame. International wire transfers within Europe typically take 2 - 3 business days. Please also check with your bank about the delays.

What are "cookies"?

Cookies are pieces of information that are stored on your hard drive when you visit a website. They are essential for the operation of a web store like ServoVendi.com. They also help us to simplify and personalize your shopping experience in our store and can be used for fraud prevention and protection of privacy.

Should I accept cookies to shop at ServoVendi.com?

Yes, because if you set your browser to refuse cookies automatically, you cannot complete a purchase or use basic functions of our store, such as adding products to the shopping cart. That's why we recommend to accept cookies from our website in your browser settings.

How do I set my browser to allow cookies and make my purchases in ServoVendi.com?

What shipping options does ServoVendi offer?

How much does the shipping cost?

You can simulate the shipping costs before placing an order by adding items to your shopping cart. Just fill out the fields "Country" and "Zip/Postal Code" and click on "Get a Quote".

Why are some products from my order shipped from different warehouses?

Most of our products are shipped from our main warehouse in San Pedro de Alcántara in the province of Málaga. We also have products located in other stores. These are also sent directly to the customer. If you wish to order products located in various stores, products cannot be combined into one shipment to save on shipping costs, but the shipping options for each order will be displayed in your shopping cart when ordering.

Can a person different from the one realizing the order receive the order?

Yes! The person receiving the order on your behalf will need to identify herself with an identity card and sign for the delivery. However, if you already know that you will not be able to personally receive your order, you can indicate an alternative delivery address or another person as the recipient in the form where you enter your address(es) during check-out.

Should I reject a shipment that arrives open or damaged in any way?

Yes! You should carefully check the package(s) before signing for them. If the order is not what you requested or if the packaging is opened or damaged in any way you should reject the shipment and return to sender. In this case, please enter your observations and reasons for rejection on the delivery notice. Please also inform us quickly by sending us a copy of the delivery notice to help us process your claim and find a solution quickly.

Can I buy from anywhere in the world?

Yes! We ship worldwide. However, export / import restrictions may apply for some products or destinations.

Can the country from where I buy be different from the country where I want to receive the goods?

Yes! You simply register a different address for the invoice and for the shipment in the corresponding form.

Are all the articles well protected in their packaging?

Yes! We do our best to ensure that your orders are well protected and will get to you in perfect condition. Still, in the rare case that any package or item would arrive with a damage, point it out on the carrier's delivery notice, let us know and we will find a solution as soon as possible (please also see our ServoVendi Satisfaction Guarantee).

How is the packing of my order?

The packaging of each order depends on the type of product. It will always be well protected and without indication of the nature of the product.

Warranty and after sales service

I would like to cancel my orders. What do I have to do?

You can cancel your order anytime before it has gone into the shipment preparation process. After that we cannot anymore stop the shipment of your order.

Does ServoVendi offer any warranties on the products it sells?

Yes! For all our products you benefit from our ServoVendi Satisfaction Guarantee. Please see our Returns page for details.

If I receive a product and am not satisfied. Can I return it?

Of course! Our goal is to have you satisfied with your purchase and our service. Our ServoVendi Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return any product purchased. Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and with the original packaging intact. You can return the products within 30 days from the date you received them and we will refund the total product cost (please see our Returns page for details).

Will ServoVendi reimburse the cost for a return shipment?

If you return a product to due to an error from our part, we will cover the cost of the return shipment as long as you've requested your return through our Online Returns Support Center and you have followed the steps indicated there. If you want to return a product without any error on the part of ServoVendi, please ship it to us with all postage paid.

Do you want to return a product?

- Damaged, incorrect or defective products within 30 days after receipt:
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective product, you can return it within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Visit our online Returns Support Center.

- Defective products within 30 days and 2 years from the date of receipt:
Please keep all the information concerning the product warranty. Contact us as soon as possible through our Online Returns Support Center so we can take the necessary action.
NB: For used or refurbished products, the warranty is limited to 1 year from the date of receipt.

- Defective products after more than two years after the date of receipt:
ServoVendi offers customers the legal consumer warranty of two years for new products and one year for used or refurbished from the date of receipt of the goods. We ask for your understanding that we do not accept returns of products after this period.
