Simulate the shipping costs and delivery times of your order in advance

You can simulate the shipping costs before placing an order. Just add the items you want to your shopping cart, go to the shopping chart and fill in the "Country" and "Postal code" fields. The different shipping options with their corresponding rate are shown automatically.

Once all the items have been chosen and before the final confirmation of the order, you will also obtain information on the corresponding shipping costs during the checkout process where you can choose or change the delivery method.

Express, Standard or Economic - depending on the urgency you have

You choose when you want to receive your order. We offer Express 1-2 days, Standard 3-4 days or Economy 4-7 days delivery options. These are indicative times for most European destinations and may vary depending on your exact location.

Both in the shipping simulation in the shopping cart and in the checkout process, you will be able to see the estimated shipping times for the different shipping methods that exist for your destination.

Delivery at home or Point of convenience

With the Express, Standard and Economic options you choose a delivery in your home, work or the address you indicate, but it cannot be delivered to post office boxes or to lockers and parcel stations.

For you to be able to choose a point of convenience, where you can pick up your order whenever you want, we offer delivery at a Punto Pack® with Mondial Relay: We will deliver your order to a store or a locker, which you can choose during the checkout process. With the tracking that you have in your Client Area or in the shipping confirmation email, you will be able to see at all times when your order arrives and pick it up when it suits you. You will also receive a notification from the same carrier to pick up your package and you will have up to 14 days to do so.

The delivery service at Points Relais® with Mondial Relay is available for Spain, France, Belgium and Luxembourg and we hope to be able to expand the service to other countries in the future. The delivery time is usually 3-4 business days.

In the event that your order has a high weight or dimensions and cannot be sent with the shipping methods available on the web, we will notify you , and if you send us a message, we will contact you to inform you of possible alternatives.

Secure, discreet shipments with full traceability

To ensure that shipments arrive safely and discreetly, we pack them carefully and neutrally.

All orders are prepared quickly after receipt of payment and most of them leave the warehouse the same day you make your purchase . Always with tracking and traceability throughout the journey.

We inform you of the carrier, the tracking as well as the indicative delivery day via the shipping confirmation emails and in the Customer Account area, which you can access at any time through your customer account if you create it before placing your order

Despite all the care we put into preparing your order and selecting the transport companies to which we entrust your package, occasionally a shipment may be delayed or damaged.

When your shipment is delayed: Check its tracking. Many times you find the solution directly on the carrier's website. For example, it may be that there have been one or several delivery attempts, but the courier has not found you at home and has left the shipment at a collection point for you.

You can also notify us so we can start an investigation on the status of the shipment and ensure its delivery.

When you receive your order: Remember to inspect the shipment. If you notice any damage to the packaging or package, please take photos of the packaging and shipping labels, if possible note the damage on the delivery note, inform us immediately by email and we will find the best solution with you.

When the carrier cannot find you at your delivery address: Depending on the delivery method you have chosen, the transport company will try to deliver your order a second time or you can pick it up at a collection point of the carrier. In either case, you will be notified by email, SMS or possibly also by a notification in your mailbox. You will also be notified in case there are problems with your delivery address. Please contact the carrier directly as soon as possible and make sure you pick up your order before it is being returned. Please understand that we do not refund outgoing postage costs if a shipment is returned by the carrier because you were absent and did not pick up the shipment within the stipulated time or because of an incorrect address.

Increasingly sustainable shipments

Every day, our customers receive their orders from our main warehouse in the south of Spain. In order for you and other customers to receive your orders, our transport partners travel thousands of kilometers by road, air and ship. CO2 gas emissions are inevitably produced on the road. Although at this time there is no logistics process without CO2 emissions, we choose carriers with compensation programs and CO2 reduction objectives in their fleets.

Delivery wherever you want 

Spain & Portugal

Free delivery in the Peninsula for orders over €100 and less than 40kg

For orders over 100 € order value, less than 40 kg shipping weight and destinations on the Iberian Peninsula in Spain and Portugal, shipping is free of charge (promotion not valid for shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, Açores and abroad).

To determine the weight we use the greater value between the actual weight (in kg) and the volumetric weight of the order converted to kg.
The volumetric weight is obtained with this formula: Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 5000

Local pick up in San Pedro de Alcántara

We do not have a shop open to the public, but we do accept local pick-up of orders from our warehouse in San Pedro de Alcántara (in Málaga). To use this option, you have to choose the option "Local pick up in San Pedro de Alcántara" in the shipping options.

Pay directly online to reserve stock and speed up collection:

  • Only stock available for paid orders is reserved.
  • We only ask for the supply of products that are not in stock at the time of your order (Backorder) or products on order when the order is fully paid for.
  • We try to prepare paid orders in advance so that you can pick them up without waiting.

Payment in the warehouse at the time of pick-up

You can also pay in cash or by credit card at the warehouse by choosing the payment method "Payment in cash (at our warehouse in San Pedro de Alcántara)".
If you pay in cash please prepare the exact amount in advance as we do not usually keep cash in the warehouse.

Please remember that:

  • Current legislation only allows cash payments of up to a maximum of 1000 Eur on the same day even for multiple orders.
  • There may be delays in collection if your order is not ready.
  • Supply for products that are “Available on request” will only be ordered after you have paid for them.
  • There may also be delays with "backorder" products if they are not paid for in advance online.

Important: No orders or order changes can be made at the warehouse. We are a purely online shop and offer local pick-up merely as another delivery option. For any changes you wish to make we recommend, before going to the warehouse, you cancel your order and place a new order.

The person collecting the order must be the same person who placed the order. Collection by carriers or third parties is not permitted.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the NIF / CIF of the recipient is essential to include in the invoice.

Attention:  To have everything clear before your shipment to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, see also the information on Customs expenses, administration and taxes at the place of destination below.

European Union and other European countries

Express Shipping with 24h Delivery:  Thanks to Express shipping by air, you can receive your purchase from one day to the next (except remote destinations, weekends, holidays, and local holidays) as long as your payment reaches us before 12: 00 hours.

We also ship to most European countries by road transport with the options of Standard Shipping and Economy Shipping.

International shipments - Exports worldwide

In any country of the planet you can receive your order in less than a week and in most places even in 2 - 4 days through Express Air Shipping, which will be delivered by Fedex or DHL.

If you are not in a hurry and want to save on transport costs, we offer economical shipping, generally with delivery by the postal service of each country.

You will always find the available options on our website when simulating shipping costs or when you go to the checkout.

 

Attention: Customs expenses, administration and taxes at the place of destination

Possible customs, administration and taxes at the place of destination are not included in the purchase price. They will be indicated by the transport company on delivery and it is the recipient's responsibility to pay the carrier in order to receive the purchase. We do not mark our merchandise lower than invoiced prices or as "gifts"; These actions are prohibited by national and international regulations.

Orders not received are not refunded because the payment of taxes and/or customs and administration expenses in the country of destination has been refused.
